The variety! One day I'm meeting Nicola Sturgeon or the Queen, the next I'm crunching numbers and deciding which exciting new destination we're going to start operating to next.
Phrase you live by?
'No regrets' - give everything a go, make life exciting and rewarding
Sushi - with some lovely fresh Scottish salmon of course (although I've tried and I'm hopeless at making it myself, I leave that to the experts!)
What would you be doing if you weren’t doing what you’re doing?
I always wanted to be an F1 driver, but realistically I'd be more likely to be a pilot.
What one thing would change tourism in Scotland for the better?
The biggest change would be getting rid of APD (Air Passenger Duty), not only to increase international inbound tourism, but also stimulating demand from the rest of the UK - it never ceases to amaze me how many people I speak to in other parts of the UK have never been to Scotland!
If you could only have 5 albums on your iMusic, what would they be?
Best idea you’ve had all week?
To take my 3 yr old daughter swimming at the weekend so she was so exhausted she actually slept through that night (a very rare occurrence!)
For me success is about inspiring people to achieve more than they thought possible
What’s the next flight you’re getting on?
Flying back home to London this evening (with easyJet of course... today we're operating 64 flights into Scotland from the UK and rest of Europe!)
