Kindly sponsored by VisitScotland and The Caravan Club we have combined our annual parliamentary reception with what has become an Scottish Tourism Week must attend event The Scottish Tourism Alliance “ Dinner with a Difference”.
With upwards of 300 expected to attend the evening reception will not only provide a great opportunity to reflect on the events of the first day of conference with colleagues but allows the industry to talk up the importance of tourism with the many MSP’s who will be making their way from Holyrood to join in the conversation. At c18.15hrs Fergus Ewing MSP Minister for Energy Business & Tourism will say a few words of welcome followed by similar from our two headline reception sponsors.
From 18.30 onwards in between visiting the EventIT exhibitors guests will be able enjoy to sample and enjoy the many food delights on offer from some of Scotland’s finest producers plus a selection of tasty bowls prepared by EICC caterers Leiths. Complimentary wine, soft drinks, beers and the odd cocktail to “taste” will be available on the night and a cash bar will be in operation till 20.45. Whilst not being held in Holyrood nor in a restaurant or a typical banqueting suite the 2016 Dinner with a Difference with the addition of the Parliamentary Reception set to be one of the highlights of the Signature Programme again!
